The cello is a wooden musical instrument with four strings. It is held vertically between the legs and is played by plucking the strings or moving a bow across them.
It is the bass member of the violin ( which also includes the violin, viola and the double bass).
A well-loved instrument and very popular in orchestras. All the instruments in the string family are taught by Key Lessons with a free 30 minute consultation lesson given to all enquiries.
